27 Oct New Collaboration between FEL and Islington Adult Education

We are delighted to confirm that Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) is now directly supporting the new Level 2 qualification with Islington Adult Education Services. 

In true partnership style FEL recommended their pattern tutor Petra Hall to create this new qualification which is part delivered at the FC Designer Workspace at Durham Road Islington. 

Deputy CEO Jackie Bertram commented: “Our Affordable Workspace contract with Islington Council, LEAP and the GLA has proved to be highly successful and this further collaboration with Simon Fuller and Akeel Ahmed from the Adult Education team reflects how important true, honest and genuine partnerships can work during this time of dynamic change. There are 12 people on this year-long course and the feedback so far as been really encouraging. Together we are always stronger!” 

Jenny Holloway, CEO further commented: “We are hoping that this is just the start of collaboration with the Akeel and Simon as there are so many opportunities for stitching and recycling within the borough. Well-done to Petra for creating this new course.”
