Devised workshops will provide firsthand insight into the different types of careers that are available within the fashion industry and where to start. The FEL team plan to get the young people involved by supporting them with an interactive task: designing their own T-shirt or repurposing old school uniform and guiding them with a tour of the factory and FEL’s micro-factory to demonstrate the future of sustainable fashion.

The meeting lasted a total of two-hours with a full guided tour of the factory and innovation centre.
