04 Aug Industry Learning: How to Create a Successful Business Plan

As part of Fashion-Enter Ltd’s free career’s advice and business support programme, the team held a free one-hour masterclass on how to create a winning business plan.

Held via Zoom, a mix of FEL apprentices, learners, FC Designer Workspace designers, along with external individuals tuned in to FEL’s CEO, Jenny Holloway’s PowerPoint presentation.

Jenny took her time to explain why a powerful business plan can help clarify a business idea, set out goals, measure progress and attract investment and interest. Jenny covered every element from market research and competitor analysis to financial summaries and forecasts. She explained what potential investors are looking for and how to present this information in a clear and concise manner.

This masterclass was well received with many attendees giving excellent feedback and signing up for further masterclasses and courses.
