04 Mar Highbury Fields School Careers Event

On Wednesday, March 3rd, Lan Leeder, Head of Education at Fashion-Enter Ltd attended a careers event at Highbury Fields School in Islington, North London.

The event was for Year 10 students, with various employers participating, providing information about their services and advising the young people on their future career paths. Over 80 students attended, collecting leaflets and engaging with different employers for over two hours.

Lan Leeder said, “It was wonderful talking to the young people about our courses at the FTA, such as the Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice, which is ideal for school leavers looking to enter the fashion industry. They were very excited and signed up for our Free Taster Sewing Day in April and May.”

The UAL Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Creative Practice held at the FC Designer Workspace is ideal for school leavers or adults returning to education who want to expand their existing skills and portfolio before progressing to a Foundation Diploma, HND, or degree specialising in Fashion and Textiles. To find out more tap here.
