27 Mar Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing
From the 1st April FEL will be welcoming back former Development Director Jenni Sutton (pictured right). Since leaving last year she has been training as a cognitive hypnotherapist and Belief Coding facilitator and is now in a position to offer support and guidance.

Jenni said:“This May I will qualify as a cognitive hypnotherapist and Belief Coding facilitator after I made the huge decision to leave Fashion-Enter last year. I have spent the last year training in what I believe are truly life changing modalities and I want to share a few thoughts that have really resonated with me, and hope they do the same for you.
“Do you ever wonder why a feeling of doubt, fear or anxiety suddenly pops up, or why you behave a certain way knowing it will have a negative impact? This is our subconscious mind keeping us safe, and astonishingly 95% of our brain’s activity is run by our subconscious, and it listens intently to everything your conscious mind is saying. Therefore, if you keep telling yourself you can’t do something, or you are bad at something your subconscious will create circumstances to prove you right.
“Your conscious mind may have no idea why you can’t launch your business, you can’t secure your dream job, hold down a relationship, stop binge eating, stop procrastinating or why you have a phobia – it could be anything that is a problem, but as soon as you tap into your subconscious and disrupt your thought process you can begin to make a permanent positive change.
“I can’t wait to share what I have learnt so far!”
CEO Jenny Holloway said: “Jenni has worked with FEL from its conception in 2006 and knows FEL inside and out. This is why we are delighted to welcome Jenni as a mental health wellbeing officer who will support staff and learners.
“This coincides with the news that the Princess of Wales is working with @earlychildhood and the next chapter in the #ShapingUs initiative that focuses on the importance of mental health and relationships. We are following these guidelines and doing the best we can to help our staff and learners.”
