05 May 15 Free Places Available on Level 2 Fashion & Textiles Course Courtesy of the Fashion Impact Fund

After a successful introductory 4-day Stitching course in February 2023 the Fashion Impact Fund has generously confirmed that it will provide a further grant to support student program placement at Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL). 

The Fashion Impact Fund supported 15 female learners to undertake a 4-day beginners Stitching course with Fashion-Enter Ltd at the FC Designer Workspace. The feedback from this session was excellent and many learners were keen to progress up to the next level. 

Both Fashion-Enter Ltd and the Fashion Impact Fund are committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as adopted by the United Nations Member States in 2015; specifically with a focus on Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality and Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. 

As part of the Fashion Impact Fund’s mission to advance equitable workforce development in the fashion industry; the organisation is pleased to offer a grant for 15 students to participate in FEL’s Level 2 Certificate in Fashion and Textiles. This is a 12-week course that will develop the students stitching and production skills to a professional level.
